Axial Type Check Valve

High pressure and big flow pipes need a check valve. But normal check valves have high flow resistance and strong water hammer. Our Axial Type Check Valve solves this. The media flows straight through the body. The disc moves back and forth inside a flow guide. So the flow resistance is very low. The pressure loss is only about 30% of a traditional check valve. The disc has a spring to help it close. It closes very fast. This stops water hammer pressure. The body is precision cast or forged. The flow guide and disc guide surfaces are precision machined. So the disc moves smoothly with no sticking.

Suhao has advanced design skills for Axial Type Check Valves. One time, we made DN300 axial check valves for an oil pipeline. The working pressure was 10MPa. The user measured the flow resistance coefficient. It was only 0.5. This is much lower than the 1.2-1.8 of traditional check valves. The flow guide and disc are machined on a 5-axis CNC machine in one setup. This gives very good guiding accuracy. We can also change the spring preload based on your media. This gives you the best closing speed. Our R&D team uses CFD fluid simulation. We find the best flow guide curve and disc stroke. This gives stable closing performance at different flow rates.
