Heavy-duty precision machining relies on CNC gantry boring and milling machines; their dual-column gantry structure and high-precision linear encoder systems enable five-sided compound machining of large workpieces-such as valve bodies and pump casings-allowing multiple operations, including boring and milling, to be completed in a single clamping setup. In the realm of precision surface finishing, CNC automatic grinders-equipped with automated loading/unloading and real-time monitoring systems-ensure dimensional consistency across batches of parts. High-precision internal grinders are utilized for the precision machining of critical mating surfaces, such as valve seats and cores; through a closed-loop control system, they guarantee the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of sealing faces, thereby enhancing the overall sealing reliability of the valves.
Flexible manufacturing cells operate through the synergistic collaboration of CNC lathes and automated welding equipment. The CNC lathes efficiently machine internal and external threads, as well as grooves, on components such as valve stems and bushings. The robotic welding system employs intelligent programming to ensure uniform weld bead formation on pressure vessels and piping, significantly bolstering the welding strength and structural integrity of these components.
