Why Our Waffle Check Valve Saves Space
Some pipes have no room for long valves. Or you want to lower pipe weight. Then a wafer check valve is the best choice. Suhao makes a full series of Waffle Check Valves. This includes H71 (lift type), H72 (swing type), H74 (double disc type), and H76 (double disc butterfly type). All these valves have a very short face-to-face length. They are light. They are easy to install. You just put them between two flanges with stud bolts. H71 is for small high-pressure pipes. H72 is for big flow. H74 has very low flow resistance. H76 is for large sizes. No matter which you choose, the disc opens and closes smoothly.
Our Full Series and Real Project
The seal can be soft or hard. The body can be cast iron, cast steel, or stainless steel. Suhao has full production ability for Waffle Check Valves. One time, we made DN200 double disc wafer check valves (H76) for a large commercial building HVAC system. The user said the installation space was only 1/5 of a traditional flange check valve. This saved a lot of pipe rack space. The springs (for double disc types) are stainless steel. We test them for fatigue. They can last over 100,000 cycles. Our Waffle Check Valve series covers sizes from DN40 to DN600. We keep stock for regular sizes. So we can ship the same day.
Capacity and Payment
Our factory has over 10,000 square meters. Wafer check valves are our fast-moving products. For small sizes, we make over 5,000 units per month. We keep common sizes in stock. Delivery is the same day. For large sizes, delivery is usually under 20 days. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP. We accept USD and RMB. Bulk orders get good discounts. The more you buy, the lower the price. Payment is usually 30% deposit and 70% before shipping. Long-term customers can do monthly payment or L/C. For packing, we use bubble wrap and foam. Then we put them in thick cartons or plywood boxes. The box has our "Suhao" mark and shipping marks. We give a 12-month warranty. Our team answers 24/7.
