Why Our Vertical Check Valve Works for Vertical Pipes
Some pipes go straight up and down. Normal check valves need horizontal pipes. They will not work right. Our Vertical Check Valve is made just for vertical pipes. The disc moves up and down. Media flows from the bottom to the top. It pushes the disc open. When flow tries to go back, the disc falls by its own weight and back pressure. This closes the valve. The model H42H-16P means check valve, flange, vertical type, stainless steel hard seal, PN16, and SS304. The disc and seat have stainless steel with hard alloy welded on. We grind them to fit tight. So you get zero leak shut-off.
Our Guide Design and Real Project
The disc has a multi-rib guide. This keeps the disc stable when it moves up and down. It does not tilt. Compared to swing check valves, our Vertical Check Valve takes less height. This is good for tight spaces. We made DN150 vertical check valves for a high-rise building fire system. The pipe went straight up. The valves ran for 5 years with no problems. The guide gap is controlled between 0.2 and 0.3mm. This lets the disc move freely but not tilt. We can give you SS304, SS316, or duplex stainless steel based on your media temperature and corrosion needs. Our factory has over 10,000 square meters. We use high-precision CNC lathes and vertical machining centers.
Testing and Warranty
For a Vertical Check Valve, the guide hole and disc guide are machined in one setup. This keeps concentricity within 0.05mm. This is the key to smooth disc movement. Each valve gets a 100% shell strength test at 1.5 times rated pressure. It also gets a seal test at 1.1 times rated pressure. Because it is for vertical pipes, we do an open-close test in a vertical position. This makes sure the disc moves freely with no sticking. We give a 12-month warranty. If the disc sticks or the seal leaks, our team responds in 2 hours. We give remote video guidance or on-site service. If it is our fault, we send a new one for free.
