High Pressure Swing Check Valve

This is one of the most common check valves for industrial pipes. It works for horizontal pipes. It also works for vertical pipes when media flows up. Our High Pressure Swing Check Valve has a swing disc. The disc rotates on a pin. When media flows forward, it pushes the disc open. When flow reverses, back pressure closes the disc. The model H44H-16P means check valve, flange, swing type, stainless steel hard seal, PN16, and SS304. The disc and seat have stainless steel with hard alloy welded on. We grind them for a tight fit. So the seal is very reliable and wears slowly. The disc opens up to 90 degrees. So flow resistance is low.

Compared to lift check valves, our High Pressure Swing Check Valve has a smoother flow path. This is good for large pipes and media with some particles. The bonnet uses outside threads or bolts. So you can repair it online and change the disc easily. Suhao has a lot of experience making this valve. We made DN300 swing check valves for a petrochemical plant. The media was high temperature steam. The valves ran for 2 years with over 5,000 open-close cycles. There was no failure. The pin and bushing are made of wear-resistant stainless steel or alloy.
