Prevent Reflux Lifting Check Valve

Horizontal pipes need a simple and reliable check valve. Our Prevent Reflux Lifting Check Valve has a disc that lifts up and down in a straight line. Media flows forward and pushes the disc up. When flow tries to go back, the disc falls by its own weight and back pressure. This closes the valve. The model H41H-16C means check valve, flange, lift type, stainless steel hard seal, PN16, and cast steel WCB. The disc and seat have stainless steel with hard alloy welded on. We grind them for a tight fit. Compared to swing check valves, our Prevent Reflux Lifting Check Valve has a shorter closing stroke. So it responds faster. Water hammer pressure is lower.

The bonnet has a bolt connection. There are guide ribs inside. These keep the disc stable with no tilting. This valve is good for high pressure steam, boiler feed water, and compressor outlets. Suhao has a lot of experience making this valve. One time, we made DN100 lift check valves for a power plant boiler feed water line. The pressure was 10MPa. The temperature was 200°C. The valves ran for 3 years with no problems. The gap between the disc and guide sleeve is controlled between 0.15 and 0.25mm. This gives smooth lifting and no tilting.
