Stainless Steel Axial Flow Check Valve

Corrosive media in high pressure and big flow pipes need a special check valve. Carbon steel will not work. Our Stainless Steel Axial Flow Check Valve combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the low flow resistance of axial flow design. The body, flow guide, and disc are all made of SS304 or SS316 stainless steel. This works for seawater, chemical media, and food grade fluids. The inside flow path is mirror polished. There are no dead corners. It does not hold dirt. It meets sanitary standards. The spring is made of Hastelloy or 316 stainless steel. So it resists corrosion very well.

Compared to normal stainless steel check valves, our Stainless Steel Axial Flow Check Valve has over 50% lower flow resistance. The water hammer pressure is over 60% lower. Each valve gets a shell strength test at 1.5 times rated pressure and a seal test at 1.1 times rated pressure before shipping. One time, we made DN200 stainless steel axial flow check valves for a seawater desalination project. The seawater was very corrosive. The valve ran for 2 years. It still opened and closed easily. The seal was still tight. Every batch of stainless steel gets a PMI test. We make sure the 316 stainless steel has enough Mo content for seawater. Our valve can fully replace imported brands. The delivery time is only 1/3 of imported products.
