Why Our Pneumatic Flanged Ball Valve Has a Manual Backup

Some air valves stop working when the air supply fails. This can stop your whole production line. Our Pneumatic Flanged Ball Valve comes with a handwheel. So you get both automatic and manual control. In normal use, the air actuator works. When the air fails or you need on-site control, you just switch to the handwheel. This gives you double safety. We add a worm gear manual operator on top of the standard air actuator. The handwheel is easy to turn and locks by itself. There is a clutch switch between the handwheel and the actuator. The two cannot work at the same time. So no mistake can break the valve.
