Forged Ball Valves

Some pipes are in deep wells or underground. Some are on high platforms. A normal handle is hard to reach. Our Forged Ball Valves come with a custom extended stem and a ring handle. The base valve is a forged SS304 ball valve. The stem extension length is custom from 100mm to 1000mm. The ring handle is easy to put a lock or an operator wheel on. The body is made by solid forging. The material is 304 stainless steel. So there are no casting defects. It works for PN16 water, oil, gas, and weak corrosive media. The extension stem connects to the main stem with an anti-slip joint. The ring handle also helps show if the valve is open or closed.

Suhao has a lot of experience with special ball valves. Our Forged Ball Valves with extended stem and ring handle are used in many city water and gas buried pipe projects. Some people weld a normal stem extension. That is weak. But Suhao uses solid forging or precision machining for a one-piece extension. It is stronger and more concentric. We can also engrave words on the ring handle. For example, "open" and "close" directions. This helps on-site workers.
