Mounted Ball Valve

The ball has fixed shafts at the top and bottom. The ball stays at the center of the body. The media pressure on the ball transfers through the shafts to the body. The seat is spring-loaded and floating. This gives you two-way sealing. Our Mounted Ball Valve is very stable. It is used for long gas pipelines, oil storage, and petrochemical plants. The seat seal is made of reinforced PTFE or PEEK. It works from -29°C to +250°C. The top has a blow-out proof stem and a grease injection hole. You can inject seal grease under pressure for an emergency stop.
