Eccentric Semi Ball Valve

Pipes with solid particles, fibers, or sticky media can clog normal ball valves. Our Eccentric Semi Ball Valve solves this problem. The ball center is offset from the stem center. When the valve opens, the ball moves away from the seat instantly. So there is no friction. This stops clogging and wear completely. The model BQ340Y-16P means semi ball valve, worm gear, flange, straight through, hard alloy seal, PN16, and stainless steel. The ball surface has Stellite hard alloy welded on it. The hardness is over HRC45. So it resists wear and washing very well. The seat is metal-to-metal. It can take up to 500°C heat.
