Stainless Steel Flanged Ball Valve

This is one of the most common shut-off valves in factories. Our Stainless Steel Flanged Ball Valve works great for water treatment, chemical, and food plants. The model Q41F-16P means ball valve, flange, straight through, PTFE seal, PN16, and CF8 (304 stainless steel). The body is made by precision casting. We do pickling and passivation on the surface. So it is clean and corrosion-resistant. The ball is CNC ground to Ra0.4 roughness. It fits tightly with the PTFE seat. So you get zero leak shut-off. Compared to threaded ball valves, our Stainless Steel Flanged Ball Valve has stronger connection and easier removal. This is good for pipes that need regular checks.
