Butt-weld Ball Valve

High pressure, high heat, or vibrating pipes can leak at flanges. A welded connection gives a permanent seal. Our Butt Weld Ball Valve uses butt weld ends. The valve welds directly to the pipe. This removes the flange leak points. The model Q61F-16C means the body is cast steel WCB. The seal is PTFE. The pressure rating is PN16. The structure is compact. It weighs only about 60% of a flanged ball valve. This is good for tight pipe racks or high installation places. The body is made by solid forging or precision casting. The weld end bevel is machined to standard. This makes on-site welding easy.

So we add a heat sink structure between the body and bonnet. We also suggest cooling the body during welding. We follow the ISO9000 system. Each valve gets a 100% shell strength test at 1.5 times rated pressure. It also gets a low-pressure air seal test at 0.6MPa. So you get zero leaks.
