Fluorine-lined Ball Valve

Strong acids like hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, and hydrofluoric acid will attack even expensive alloys. Our Fluorine Lined Ball Valve uses a carbon steel or ductile iron shell. The inside is fully lined with F46 or PFA. This lining resists almost all chemicals. It also has self-lubrication and non-stick properties. The ball and seat are made of PTFE or F46. They fit tightly together. So you get zero leak shut-off. Unlike normal lined valves, we add double V-shaped packing on the stem. We also use a blow-out proof design. This stops outside leaks. For chlorine, fine chemicals, or medicine, this valve is a must-have.
