Ceramic Lined Ball Valves

Mining, steel, and power plant desulfurization are very hard conditions. Even hard metal seal valves fail fast. Our Ceramic Lined Ball Valves change this. The ball, seat, and inside lining are made of zirconia or alumina ceramic. This ceramic material has a hardness above HRA88. Only diamond is harder. So it is 10 times more wear-resistant than metal hard seal valves. All areas that touch the media have ceramic coverage. This includes the flow path, ball surface, and seat seal face. The metal body never touches the media. Ceramic is very stable in strong acids, strong bases, and hot chlorine. Our Ceramic Lined Ball Valves have light torque and never rust.

Suhao has worked in special valves for many years. We use cold isostatic pressing for the ceramic. Then we do high-precision grinding. The roundness error of the ball is less than 0.01mm. Some people worry that ceramic may break. So we added an anti-break compensation gasket in the structure. This cushions the shock from pipe expansion and contraction. Our factory has over 10,000 square meters. We have a special ceramic workshop with precision internal grinders and CNC grinding machines. Each ball goes through three steps: rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing. This gives a mirror finish and the best seal.
