High-Platform Ball Valve

Old ball valves need a complex bracket to add an actuator. This is hard to install. The stem and actuator may not line up right. Our High Platform Ball Valve solves this problem. It has an ISO 5211 direct mount platform. The top flange matches the actuator bolt holes. The stem height follows international standards. So you can install a pneumatic or electric actuator without any bracket. This fixes the alignment problem completely. The body uses precision casting. The stem has a blow-out proof design. The packing is PTFE or reinforced PTFE. Compared to normal ball valves, the High Platform Ball Valve has a longer stem and higher platform. This gives space for insulation too.

Suhao is a real factory. We make our High Platform Ball Valve on CNC lathes in one setup. This makes sure the body flange face, stem hole, and flow path are all concentric. After adding an actuator, the stem wear is 50% less than normal ball valves. We support all ISO 5211 actuator interfaces. F03, F05, and F07 sizes are all in stock. Our R&D team has improved the platform height and stem square size a lot. We use finite element analysis to find the best stem wall thickness. This gives good strength and good torque transmission. The design has been proven in many projects.
