Hard-sealed Butterfly Valve

High-temperature steam, hot gas, or media with solid particles will damage soft sealed valves. Rubber or PTFE seats fail fast. So you need our Hard Sealed Butterfly Valve. It has a triple eccentric (or multi-eccentric) design. The disc and seat are precision ground. We even add hard alloy like D507Mo or cobalt-based alloy on the seal. So there is almost no friction when closing. It can work at over 500°C. The unique eccentric design makes the seal surfaces separate when opening. This lowers wear a lot. So you get zero leakage for a long time. The stem has a blow-out proof design. The packing is flexible graphite for high heat.
