Dust-gas Butterfly Valve

Cement, steel, and coke plants have gas pipes with lots of hard particles. Normal valves wear out fast. Our Dust Gas Butterfly Valve is made for these high-wear conditions. It has a double eccentric or triple eccentric metal seal. The disc edge and seat seal face are welded with hard alloy. The hardness can reach over HRC50. The body is made of thick cast or welded steel. We can add a wear-resistant liner on the inside wall. Unlike normal ventilation valves, our Dust Gas Butterfly Valve has multiple layers of flexible graphite packing plus a dust ring on the shaft end. This stops dust from getting into the stuffing box and sticking the stem.
