Neutral or weak corrosive liquids like seawater, fresh water, sewage, and salt water need a good seal at a low cost. Our Rubber Lined Butterfly Valve is the best choice. The inside of the cast iron body and the disc are lined with high-quality EPDM or NBR rubber. The rubber seat and disc fit with interference. This gives you bubble-tight seal. We use a center-line wafer structure. The body is made in one piece. The rubber lining sticks tightly with no bubbles or layers. The disc can be ductile iron nickel-plated, SS304/316 stainless steel, or full rubber lined. Unlike other soft seal valves, our Rubber Lined Butterfly Valve has a replaceable rubber seat. So you do not need to change the whole body after long use.
