Bellow Seal Ball Valve

Toxic, flammable, or valuable media need a valve that does not leak at the stem. Normal globe valves have a risk of outside leak. Our Bellow Seal Ball Valve solves this. It uses a bellow seal. The lower part of the bellow welds to the stem. The upper part connects to the bonnet. This creates a full metal barrier. So you get zero leakage. This valve is the top choice for high safety and environmental protection. On top of the bellow, we also add flexible graphite packing. This gives double seal protection. The disc and seat have hard alloy welded on. They resist wear and corrosion. Compared to normal globe valves, our Bellow Seal Ball Valve has no outside media leak at the stem.

Suhao has advanced design skills and making experience for this valve. Our bellow is made of 316L or Inconel 625. We test it with strict shape change tests. The fatigue life is over 10,000 cycles. One time, we made DN50 bellow seal ball valves for a petrochemical plant. The media was benzene. The requirement was zero leak. The valves ran for 2 years. The bellow was still good. The seal was still tight. Each Bellow Seal Ball Valve gets a helium mass spectrometer leak test. The leak rate can be below 1×10⁻⁶ Pa·m³/s. Our R&D team uses finite element analysis to find the best bellow shape and wall thickness. This gives a longer fatigue life under heat expansion and contraction.
