Cast Steel Gate Valve

Some pipes need very high pressure and heat. Normal cast valves are not safe. You need our Cast Steel Gate Valve. It uses a full forging process. The material is dense with no casting defects like sand holes or gas pores. So the strength is much higher. Our standard product goes up to Class 800 or Class 2500. It works for high-pressure steam and high-pressure water lines. The structure is compact. It usually has an OS&Y design. The connection can be threaded or socket weld. The body and bonnet use bolt connection or pressure self-sealing. Higher pressure makes a tighter seal. We offer solid wedge or flexible gate options for different heat expansion needs.

Every batch of our Cast Steel Gate Valve gets a magnetic particle test (MT) and ultrasonic test (UT). This makes sure there are no inside cracks. We have worked with big names like Siemens and Baowu Group. Our valve follows the API 602 standard. One time, we had an order for Europe. They asked for a "W" mark on the body. This means it is good for welding. We controlled the chemical content carefully. We also gave a detailed PMI test report. So the customer had no problem during project acceptance. We give a 12-month warranty. If a problem comes from our material or making, we fix it for free. We also pay for the technical service.
